モバードのダイバークロノ、デイトロンです。ゼニスと共同開発したエルプリメロCal.3019PHCを搭載しています。デイトロンにはバリエーションがあり、ベゼルレスのタイプや、タキメーターベゼルの個体が確認されています。こちらはシルバーのマーカーが映えるブラックとホワイトのツートンベゼル。内側にはタキメータースケールを搭載した、意匠を余すことなく盛り込んだ一品となっています。ブラックマットダイヤルにライトグレーのインダイヤルのリバースパンダで、迫力を感じます。日付窓は12時位置に配され、70年代らしいトノー型ケースと合わせてスペイシーテイストが溢れます。希少なモバード純正のブレスレットを装備しています。

ほとんど使用歴を感じさせないケースは素晴らしいプロポーションです。重厚なトノー型ケースは面が均一で当時の雰囲気をそのままに残しています。ダメージの現れやすいベゼルは擦れ傷のみで、色味が良くルミナスが素晴らしいベージュカラーを見せています。ダイヤルはミントです。ダイヤル外周のタキメーターとインダイヤルは元来のライトグレーの色味をそのままに残しており、高評価です。写真では斑点状のエイジングが確認できますが、肉眼ではほとんど確認できません。弊社にて分解掃除済みで、パワーリザーブ55時間以上を確認しています。ビデオを掲載しています。

Introducing the Movado Diver Chrono, the Datron, equipped with the jointly developed Zenith El Primero Cal.3019PHC. The Datron series includes variations with bezel-less types and those featuring a tachymeter bezel. This particular model showcases a striking black and white two-tone bezel with silver markers, and an inner tachymeter scale, demonstrating meticulous design. The black matte dial with a light grey reverse panda layout exudes a powerful aesthetic. The date window is positioned at 12 o'clock, and combined with the 1970s tonneau-shaped case, it embodies a space-age taste. It comes with the rare original Movado bracelet.

The case, showing minimal signs of use, boasts an excellent proportion. The robust tonneau-shaped case retains a uniform surface, preserving the ambiance of the era. The bezel, prone to damage, only exhibits minor scratches, with an excellent beige luminous color. The dial is in mint condition. The tachymeter on the dial's periphery and the sub-dials maintain their original light grey color, earning high praise. While some aging spots are visible in the photos, they are nearly imperceptible to the naked eye. The watch has been disassembled and cleaned by us, confirming a power reserve of over 55 hours. The El Primero, one of the world's first automatic chronograph movements, is a renowned high-beat masterpiece still adopted in contemporary watches. This presents an excellent opportunity to acquire an original from that time at an affordable price.
